We employ no automated or contiuous feed technology. Balzacs beans are roasted exclusively with 12kilo microroasters. We strive to create a superb and complex taste experience. Each varietal is carefully roasted and blended to preserve and enhance its uniquely inherent qualities. Each creation is carefully prepared with the best ingredients to provide a real, down to earth, unpretentious dining experience.Balzacs microroast the finest selection of Arabica coffee beans from around the world. Many of our 'heirloom' recipes have been handed down through family and friends and reinvented for today's standards. Our Breads, Soups, Sauces and Dressings are made here in our kitchen.
